Since Years WKF technical committee work successfully with our amazing registration program.

Now, in time for the next upcoming European Championship, we are officially launching our new program.

ONLY ON REQUEST by E-mail, all Presidents all over the WKF EUROPE will receive their personal access and password.

Thus only the presidents can register, change or delete their participants for the EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIPS in Chisinau, Moldova, June 22. – 29. Of course you can also see the already registered participants.

But as I said – only the country presidents!   😉

Each nation can send two participants per weight class for the World Championship

WELCOME IN MOLDOVA !

From the beginning in WKF we split very clearly amateur and pro business, in ring sport as well as in PPF, Sanda  and MMA.

Our newest is our BOXING / BKFC division.

Successfully managed by World president Mr. Daniel Z. HIRLAU from Hungary.

 

WKF HEAD OFFICE work very hard in cooperation with our IRC- “International rules committee” to train our international officials and referees, to answer protests and requests for the competition rules and to develop our various WKF rules.

World referee seminar in Chisinau, June 22nd !

INVITATION HERE

Our last World referee seminar´s 2022 in Wels, Austria, 2023 in Skofije, Slovenia and in 2024 Alicante, Spain appointed several female WKF referees with international licenses. Today we again have just 14 females worldwide with an international WKF referee license.

History has shown that nothing is set in stone.

As the world know – our next World referee seminar will be held in Chisinau, Moldova, June 22nd 2025, just before the

 

WKF European  Championships.

 

The next but one World referee seminar will be held now in autumn 2026, the weekend just before the  World Championships 2026 in Cartagena, Colombia.

 

 

Without valid WKF license you are not an official in our World Kickboxing Federation!!

Today WKF has more than 150 international licensed referees on 6 continents.

 

 

Of these, unfortunately, we only have just

14 (!) international licensed female officials

Like all knowledge, more and more strong female champions and athletes are fighting

 

Our executive board therefore emphatically requests all WKF country presidents to send more female referees to Moldova, the next seminar on June 22nd, 2025.

The World Kickboxing Federation WKF and the Russian Kickboxing Federation held a meeting at the Olympic Committee of the Russian Federation in Moscow and signed an agreement on joint cooperation.

Since 28.03.2025 the official representative of the WKF on the territory of the Russian Federation is the Russian Kickboxing Federation- FKR represented by its leader Batu Sergeevich KHASIKOV.

The Russian national kickboxing team is allowed to participate in all international WKF tournaments with the national flag and national anthem of the Russian Federation.

 

The representative of the FKR – Danil KARPENKO – is the new vice-president of the WKF World Amateur Division.

Soon a representative of the FKR will also be appointed to the position of the representative of the Russian Federation in the IRC – International Rules Committee.

The previous representative of the WKF in the territory of the Russian Federation Gerasimov M.V. is removed from the previously held position and is relieved of all rights and obligations.

WKF CEO and World President Fritz EXENBERGER emphasized that without the Russian team no international federation can consider itself leading, because athletes from Russia are few of the strongest in the world.

WKF and FKR are ready to implement the most ambitious joint projects.

Soon we will please kickboxing fans all over the world.

On March 1, 2024, a new WKF Division Worldwide began work.

By athletes – for athletes!

The aim is not to compete with existing associations, but rather to complement them with significantly less bureaucracy and fewer annoying, outdated regulations.

In collaboration with all of our 140+ WKF country presidents with the new WKF department “BOXING/BKFC”, we are also internationally networked on 6 continents in over 140 nations.

The Hungarian expert Daniel Z. HIRLAU became world president of the new division.

Since March 2024, ALL BOXERS – women and men – can use our free offer and apply for inclusion in the BOXING World rankings via the FIGHTER PROFILE.

Free and non-bureaucratic!

The international WKF license applies to all boxers!

For PROFI boxers, a corresponding license and registration in BOXREC is mandatory!

All registrations should be sent directly to the BOXING head office, Mr. Hirlau,

Amateur BOXING for cadets and adults will also take place at the European Championship in Moldova from 22nd to 29th June. Anyone with a WKF license and a valid medical certificate is eligible to participate.

Female WKF British Title Fight in Lightwelterweight – 60 Kg / 132 lbs.

Erin MANSFIELD from the “Hopwood fight Centre” England defeats Sophie Varley with TKO in final round

Erin controlled the contest from the first bell controlling the range and tempo of the fight and picking her opponent off with sharp combinations.

 

By the last round, with Varley looking tired and hurt, Mansfield increased the pace and finished the contest with a hard combination that dropped Her opponent and the referee stopped the fight declaring Erin Mansfield as the new champion

breaking news: Austrian team OCTAGON PRO GYM want to challenge Mansfield, perhaps March 3rd in Austria for the next higher WKF International title -60 Kg.

Possible opponent is young talent Lilly WURZER – first negotiations have begun

Spain was our host for the amazing last WKF World Championships 2024 in all disciplines. First time in co-operation with BOXING for male and femal

Mr. Juan PINILLA was the head of the organizing team in November 18th to 22nd, 2024.

In 2025 WKF promote with all local partners our “continentals” , on six continents !

For example European Championships in June in Moldova and Pan American Championships in November in Bucaramanga, Colombia, or African Cup in autumn!

World Championships 2026

Now the whole world will meet again in Cartagena, Colombia in autumn 2026 and many strong teams from:   Europe,  Latin America, North America, Australia, Asia and Africa will challenge our best Champions.

All our 140 + Worldwide WKF MEMBER countries are most welcome in Colombia! Take care for Visa in Time.

WE ARE REAL WKF

The next World Championships in 2028 is either in Asia or in Europe.

As usual in the WKF, this will be decided democratically at the next World Congress in Colombia in 2026

An excerpt from our WKF statutes and bylaws has been valid for more than 20 years

WKF’s aim was and always will be to enjoy the sport of Kickboxing, Boxing and all martial arts as an international sport, without discrimination over nationality, race or ethnic origin.

 

The WKF head office strongly believes in and upholds an Equal Rights Policy with all its members and those who wish to participate in it. With such a policy we here, at WKF wish to create a friendly and welcoming environment for everyone to enjoy the sport of kickboxing, Boxing, MMA and martial arts in any form and manner.

Sport has no racial, social or political barriers, which means that it is the perfect way for all men and women, boys and girls to achieve amazing results, regardless of race, creed or colour.

The opportunity to represent one’s country in the name of sport at an international level is probably one of  the greatest achievements an individual can make.

The pressure that the competitors have at this level is enormous, and goes far beyond normal physical endurance.

To win, especially at such a high level, competitors will have to tap into inner resources that their years of training will have prepared them for
