WKF ARGENTINA is our host of the next World referee seminar in Hotel BYS, Buenos Aires

WKF ARGENTINA  president Carlos SUAREZ is the host of the next World referee seminar 2018 on November 2nd.

This is the perfect weekend, just before the World Championships in Buenos Aires.

We got already many requests from our male / female referees and officials of 6 continents and we hope everybody who would need Visa start in time with Visa procedure.

For any 25 competitors each country must bring one licensed WKF referee or pay deposit 250 Euro !

Please understand, without valid international WKF license is no way to be a well dressed official, judge, referee or supervisor.

If you not have attended the last World Referee Seminars in Hungary 2015, Italy 2016 or Greece 2017  you must attend this next WKF World referee seminar in Hotel BYS, Palermo, Buenos Aires.

Seminar start on November 2nd to 4th, 2018 at 5pm. Final registration is possible at 5pm before the seminar.

All WKF referees who wants to be in duty in the World Championships must attend the short seminar

on Tuesday 9am !

IRC confirm changes in amateur Thai boxing rules

WKF officials in Santorini 2017 – Fritz EXENBERGER, Georg PERGIALIS, Sijou VAN DER SPEK and Roman LOGISCH

At the last World Congress in Andria in 2016, a change of rule was made at the request of several state presidents.

The IRC has adopted the rule change and now it is official after the European Championship in Greece.


The rule changes are:

In the WKF Amateur Thai Boxing is fought with elbows and knees also to the head (!). Therefore elbow protectors are also obligatory from now on.

This means that also “spinning elbows” to head with eye contact are correct. Like jumped knees also to the head! The fighting time remains unchanged 3 × 2 minutes.

The application for changes to the MMA weight classes has not been granted, it remains as before.

The discipline CADETS has been cancelled.

All International WKF referees, who not has attended the last seminars in Andria 2016 or Santorini 2017 must extend their license 2018 in Buenos Aires. The extended license is valid for three Years again.

50 countries are registered today for World Championships in Argentina

WKF ARGENTINA  president Carlos SUAREZ and his local team invite the World for the next WKF WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS 2018, November 5th -10th.

Beautiful City of Buenos Aires in Argentina is the host City.

Until today we have 50 country registrations from all 6 continents. Many competitors in MMA and Semi contact, a huge WKF CHINA team for Sanda will attend too.

OUR WKF AMATEUR DIVISION

From the beginning in WKF we split very clearly amateur and pro business, in ring sport as well as in PPF and MMA.

Today we are very successfully not only in pro sport but of course in amateur business too.

With great pleasure we want your poster of WKF sanctioned tournaments, with our logo on the poster. We would like to help with online advertising free of charge, short reports with results and JPG after your event would be great.

WKF PRO-AM World title belt

We just want to remind every WKF country president World wide to send fighter profiles of your amateurs or just non-professional male/female fighters in ring sport.We have same system like in other pro sport in WKF.

We offer the chance to fight in all 4 ring sport divisions for the sought after WKF PRO AM champion belts. In full contact, low kick, K-1 and Thai Boxing as well as in MMA and SANDA for amateurs.

Our WKF PRO AM titles has a great value because of our World wide network with more than 130 member countries you have the chance to fight not only at home. And no fighter will lose his/her amateur status , he/she can fight still on any tournament, any World Championship World wide. And you can be sure just to face another amateur fighter with perhaps 15 to 20 fights and not real pro with more than 100 fights.

The rules and regulations for PRO AM are easy to understand and waiting for your download. All you have to do is just send your fighter profile and jpg photo like always and we post your team online in the PRO AM World ranking.

Because: only male/female fight in our PRO AM World ranking are qualified to fight for our WKF titles.

Austrian Championships 2019 in Vienna

Austrian Championships are 2nd qualifications for the Austrian national team for the European Championships in Baia Mare, Romania in October 2019.

Last and final Qualifications is the 28th Austrian Open in May 2019 in Innsbruck, Tyrol.

Because of the amazing Baia Mare in Romania everybody want to participate and to be “part of the game” !

16th Night of Glory in Vienna – three new European Champions !!!

WKF EUROPE head office confirm the new three WKF European PRO-AM Champions from the last Night of Glory in Vienna, September 22nd.

Czech Champion Radek”Ruchy”ROUSAL defend his title vs. Austrian Karl PRODERUTTI. in Lightmiddleweight – 71 Kg / 156 lbs.

After a great and tough fight Austrian Proderutti won by points.

 

Second WKF European title fight in Lightweltergewicht – 63,5 Kg/138 lbs between Austrian Stefan ZELLER vs. Russian TOP Champion Vladimir KARPELA. In the third round Zeller broke his foot but fought bravely. On the end was the result 2:1 for the strong and fair Russian fighter Karpela.

 

Third WKF European title polish European Champion Michal ZAJAC defend his WKF European Lowkick title vs. Czech Robin SMID from Brno.

Weight class Lightmiddleweight – 71 Kg / 156 lbs , scheduled for 5 rounds 2 minutes in K-1.

After a hard battle the international referees sored the bout 3:0 for the the Czech Smid.

 

The polish team have judged another result and expected the victory.

Now ow they want a re-match to get the belt to Poland. Possible date would be February 1st  at the European Cup in Mikolow

Next “Night of Glory 17th” is confirmed for March 30th in Vienna, Austria.
